Hi all,
i have a fresh installed UCCX 11.0.1.11001-43 (11.0SU1).
If i want to configure a call control group (in this case the first one) i navigate to Subsystems => Cisco Unified CM Telephony => Call Control Group. This screen looks good. No CCG is in there. If i click "Add New", the complete content window remains blank (nothing to see, except the address bar). This occurs before (with demo-lic) and after i installed the license files. This is an HA environment and its occurs on both machines.
Has anyone the same issue and can explain, how to resolve?

Can you try changing browser if that had not been attempted so far. Also, can you paste a screenshot from System >> License Information >> Display Licenses

I can solve this problem by myself. The CUCM AXL-Service was activated, but not answering correct. After a reboot of CUCM, the Problem was fixed. THX
