UCCX- Call Control Group not being created

Hello everyone,

I have been having a strange issue with integrating UCCX into CUCM.

CUCM version: 10.5.1.10000-7

UCCX version: 10.5.1.10000-24

What is not working is creating a call control group in UCCX. I have gone through initial set up and I provided UCCX with AXL user from CUCM. UCCX app users have been created on CUCM side just fine with correct roles. When I try to add call control group, it goes through the process of adding CTI ports and displays "add successful" at the end but it does not display any call control group on the list. When I check CUCM side I can see new CTI ports added and their DNs but on UCCX side list of call control groups is empty.

Am I missing something?

Are the CTI ports showing registered in CUCM?

Thank you for your answer. I am 99% sure these are being shown as registered but let me check later today and I will come back and confirm.

I have finally checked that and it is not what I was thinking. CTI ports are not registered. Please see screenshots attached.

May want to restart the CTI Service on all of the CUCM servers. Then check to see if the CTI ports are registered.

Try the data and jtapi resyncs.
