We have UCCX 8.5 running on UCS with 70 Agents logged into system at any one time using BIPPA service. We have a problem with the Call recording option where some agents calls are recorded and some others come up with an error as follows:
ERROR: An error was recieved from the Recording and Statistics Service, entires have been made in the log file.
Any help please?
I am assuming that the Agent (phone\desktop, span to pc port...etc settings) setup for both the working and not-working are same.
Please check the number of recording sessions in the UCCX Admin->System Parameters page and change it to higher numbers accordingly and it should solve your issue.
