I need your help here!
I have deployed UCCX Outbound Campaigns (Preview/Progressive/Predictive) which are Agent based.
Preview is working fine.
I am facing issues with Progressive&Predictive. Import contacts are loaded to dialer and the calls are successful.they are hitting the p[roper available agents.
BUT when I upload a FAX number it seems that CPA is not working.the same is happening when a message from provider is played (e.g. power off cell phone-> provider's message:"the subscriber is unreachable"
I have read many posts regarding CPA and the additional configuration I tried is failing.
Something is missing here, for sure.
