UCCX Cisco Agent Desktop Remain in Talking State

Hi All

I have a Cisco Agent Desktop and sometimes it remain in talking state and your IP Communicator is idle (no calls active). In the supervisor desktop it show in talking state.

To someone has happens the same?

CUCM 9.1.2 and UCCX 9.0.2.

Is it only this agent and not other agents?
We may need to look at configuration in CUCM if its only this agent.
For UCCX do you have labels or delay step before the Select Resource in your script?

We re install the CAD and the problem continue.
