UCCX- Create JSON Document

I need help in using JSON in UCCX. Essentially in this UCCX Script attached below, i need to get back a data which is displayed below in "Anticipated Data Response". When i try to get the data using JSON right now, i get the error "UCCX Source Document variable "docURLPayment" is not a TextDocument" I know the issue is formatting my Create JSON document step.

I see the transaction going through just fine, just unable to receive data back.

Anticipated Data Response: 

"ResponseCode=00&tranNr=000041846731&PostDate=2018-09-19T17:17:33.000&Amount=000000001000&AmtDueRemaining=0&CardBalance=&Auth=Lexc05&AVSCode=&CVV2Response=&CAVVResultCode="

Just a FYI, i have tried using Create XML Document/Get XML Document and although i see the transaction post through via that method, i am unable to receive a response. In trying to receive a response, i get the error message attached.
