I am working on the upgrade from UCCX rls 7 to UCCX rls 11. And I found that in UCCX rls 7 agents assigned to more then 25 CSQs. is this was passable in rls 7? Base on the documentation agent cannot be assign to more then 25 CSQs.

Alex, I don't think it was more than 25 CSQs even in version 7 but since the documentation had been obsolete for that version now, I cannot really confirm it. That being said, in version 11 UCCX an agent can only be assigned to a maximum of 25 CSQs.

do you know what the max of skillsets can be assign to an agent?

You can assign a maximum of 50 skills to an agent. The link that I shared earlier contains all these details under the Server Capacities and Limits Section.
