I wanted to know if there is an customer requirements gathering document from cisco or a partner that I could refer to while creating my own questionnaire for uccx deployment. I need to know if I am covering all bases as I will be quizzing a customer that is new to contact center.
I swear I think I have seen a similar questionnaire posted here (.xls) but I cannot seem to find it.
