UCCX desktop services not working

Hello,

We have UCCX version 8.5.1.11004-25 and have failover configure on two servers.  We notice on our subscriber the desktop services such as agent statics that show up on the agent desktop or chat service are not working even if we restart them manually. The desktop services do work on the uccx publisher. Any suggestions?

When you say they are not working, are the services in Shutdown state or Partial Service on the subscriber. In case they are in Shutdown state then try to start them using CLI of UCCX server:

utils service restart <Name of Service>

In case they are in Partial state then try to perform the complete cluster reboot I.e., restart the Primary UCCX server first once it comes up then restart the secondary UCCX server as well.
