UCCX Error

Hi,

Has anyone come across an error of below from UCCX?

Message: App: 556, Snippet: 503 threw exception: (1054, "Unknown column 'self.did' in 'field list'") (OperationalError: (1054, "Unknown column 'self.did' in 'field list'")     raise errorclass, errorvalue)

Note:

Cause-Action: Snippet processing failed with an exception

Can anyone please shed some light on this?

Can you provide more detail? What version, and what specifically were you doing when you received the error?

I am running: System version: 8.0.2.11005-20.

I wasn't doing anything that I can think of that will generate this error.

Were you in CCX Administration, Desktop Administrator, directly on the server? How did you discover the error message? These are database exception errors.

We have an alert setup, so I got this error in my email.

So it's on the server. When is the last time the CCX engine was reset?

UCCX server was restarted past weekend.

Has anybody checked the server log for error messages?
