I got the following error Whenever I tried to add the trigger in Cisco Script Application.

Might help the Community to offer some suggestions if you to add a screen shot (or details) of what you configured for the trigger , what version of UCCX are you running, and in UCCX Serviceability what is the status of the service : CM Telephony.
