I am having an issue where at times, a finesse agent will experience dropped calls and getting kicked out of finesse or forced to not ready. It does not happen with every agent simultaneously.
I pulled some logs and found below with the agent experiencing issue today (tfair). The first log shows the agent getting pushed to Not Ready. The second references a security request validation issue where Validation of URL failed. This could be a CSRF attack is shown. I was not able to find anything on this error and UCCX. Anyone run across this?
