We are using UCCX 11 with Finesse. When agent logged in to the Finesse Desktop URL , No data displayed in the "Agent CSQ statistic Report".

What happen if you launch CUIC using agent credentials and then try to view the report, does it work that way. Is it happening just with one agent or multiple.

I am having similar issue with Finesse 11.5. Is the issue resolved?
Have you assigned the agent to a team?
Please check CUIC through that agent and check if the live data report has any data?
