Hi!
When user call Application Trigger, and while he stay in IVR menu, he see CTI Port Number on his deskphone .
Is It possible to hide this cti port number so user can seen only some name on his Cisco Phone?
UCCX version 10.6, CUCM version 11.0

In the trigger configuration, try changing the Alerting Name ACSII to a word instead of the trigger number.

Problem is not with trigger, but with cti ports. And i already set "Alerting Name ACSII" to the word in Call Control Group.
But when i call trigger from my DeskPhone and connection established with CTI Port (from Call Control Group) at my Desk Phone i see Alerting Name ACSII and CTI port number in brackets.
