We are running a UCCX cluster on v8.0.2 and most of our reports in Hist Rep stopped working at 29/08/16.
They were available again one day on 06/09/16 and from there they are not getting created anymore.
There is no real error message on the Hist Rep frontend but only saying "No data".
This is obviously wrong.
Real time statistics are working fine.
We are aware of the bug announced by Cisco earlier this week but our problem started earlier than that.
Does anybody have the same issue or no a fix for that?
We are no specialists and our provider is not really helping and just saying "it's end of life".
That's basically rigth but I bet there are still many installations running on 8.0x

They are right in stating that its end of life and support, you can try stopping CCX database service on node 2, and then launch historical reporting client and run the report to see if the data is missing on node 1 as well.
By default, CCX reports in 8.0 are always pulled from node2.
If you are getting reports from node 1, then there is some replication issues between both the nodes.

Unfortunately that didn't fix the issue.
Still no data.
How can we check if the reports are really pulled from node2?
Is that a known issue in v8.0.2.11003-10
and is there a way to find what the issue and fix it?
