Cisco UCCX - CUIC has extra reporting options in English US

One of our customers is using a Cisco Solution and has raised a query with me on CUIC.  There appears to be different reports if you use CUIC in English US and English UK e.g.

·         English US – offers an Agent All Fields Report and a CSQ All Fields Report

However these do not appear to be available if you look at CUIC using English UK.

There should not be an issue as such since CUIC does provide localization but that does not make a difference from reporting perspective. Would you mind sharing the reports as well using both the locales.

Thanks for replying. Plz see attached file. We have some extra default reports when I select English-US , which also system default language, but when I select English-UK I am not able to see those report definitions. Below is the UCCX version we are using.

UCCX Version 10.6.1.11002-15

CUIC Version 10.6 (1)
