Does anyone know of a way to run a DB Query in UCCX CLI to see what documents are used? Maybe what prompts are used as well? We are wanting to clean up our old server and see what all is being used.
Application parameters (like setting prompts in parameters) are stored in a BLOB-like data type in the database. I am sure there is some way to parse it, but I can't imagine how you could do that in the CLI.
