Hello Team,
We would like to set up a third-party application to fetch the caller’s details which are required to integrate with UCCX to send the caller's number once the agent accepts the call, below the call scenario, please advise whether it’s doable and confirm compatibility
we are looking for a Cisco call center solution for our existing Wooden Bakery Cisco UCS system, to integrate with the BIM-POS dispatcher application for popping up customer data (stored in the BIMPOS backend server).
BIM-POS will have all customer data and history of orders and the food menu. They expect the cisco system should push the customer numbers to save to txt or CSV whenever incoming call, BIMPOS server will fetch CSV file from the shared network folder to fetch customer details from the BIMPOS database.

So the last part around a CSV might be a bit more complex, but ultimately the answer is going to be around either a workflow or a custom gadget. You can have either process hit an HTTP endpoint or launch an app which can do what you're asking for. There's not enough information to know for sure, but based on what you've set a workflow or gadget sounds like the right tool.

after searching, I found that my system is not compatible with UCCX, so we looking for fetching caller id into a txt file or CSV
