Hi all,
I have a client who is willing to deploy a new UC solution. He has an HP Service Manager and, one of the requirements is that the Contact Center solution can be integrated with their HP Service Manger.
Does anyone knows if this integration is possible? if so,do you know if such integration is documented anywhere? So far i have found nothing regarding this kind of integration.
I would appreciate a lot any help.

By integration do you mean monitoring or provisioning automation? Monitoring would be possible through SNMP and syslog; however, no provisioning API exists in the currently shipping versions. We cannot discuss roadmap items here; I suggest bringing this customer example up with the Cisco AM/SE so they can raise it with the BU.
