I have a customer with UCCX v11.6 who wants to provide callers with an option to make bill payments using the IVR script with DTMF dialling. The customer is in the United Kingdom and the SIP trunks are provided by BT utilising the Semafone secure SIP platform. This is so the customer DTMF digits are passed on to Semafone and not therefore collected by the UCCX to meet PCI Compliance in the UK.
I have a script working in so far as that the UCCX collects everything locally so I know that my call flow works but I now need to integrate with Semafone and this requires vXML and REST configuration which is beyond anything I have done so far on UCCX. Semafone have provided me with XML examples and the expected data exchange format they require.
Does anyone out there have any skills in this area or have done something similar that can provide some assistance or even configuration examples please?
