UCCX IVR PORT REQUIRMENT

Hello ,

 

For a new contact center (UCCX), I want to know how many agent seat license ( IVR Port) need to be procured to satisfy below call volume details,

 

BHCA - 1000 to 1500

AHT - 3 mins

IVR handle time - 1 to 2 mins.

Concurrent agents - 5

Total agents - 20
