UCCX Live Data Streaming data sources Timezone Change

Hello Team,

I want to ask about how can we change the UCCX Live Data Streaming Data TimeZone on the Datasources since it show us as hidden and can't be configured.

I was trying to change the UCCX timezone UTC and once I change it to another Timezone, Live data streaming become disconnected. when I re back the configuration of timezone on uccx datastore as UTC, it back again connected fine.

Hi, if I'm reading this defect/enhancement request correctly, you can't. It looks like some cruise ship customer wants to to do the same thing and the only way they can is if they update the whole system. You might want to check with Cisco on this defect/enhancement and see if this has changed/will be changed in future release. Please report back to the thread so it'll help the next person.

Sometimes I've found that Cisco doesn't always list the newer versions if they are impacted. But since the enhancement request is listed as open, I would imagine it applies to later versions. Only way you'd know for sure though is to check with TAC.
