Hi,
How can i know the calling time of a contact in UCCX Outbound system?
I checked the UCCX database, but i cannot find any field showing the calling time corresponding to a contact.
Anybody please help.

Check the Configuration API for Campaigns/Contacts..If I'm getting the right details from your question you should be able to find Calling Time for your Contact using the queries as defined in those APIs; the document can be found at https://developer.cisco.com/fileMedia/download/bf325c6f-a1a0-485d-88a1-10b612ff59e7 if need be I could elaborate on how to get to your specific Contact via Getting a List of your Campaigns and then branching from there..Hope this helps you find the details you need..
