UCCX outbound dialier caller ID.

Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out how to achieve a requirement where calls made from UCCX or CUCM IP phones display numbers from a pool of random DID. For example the calls will need to show 55554XXX (randomly). This range will be dedicated for the outbound calls.

when an agent calls from an IP phone or when the outbound dallier calls a customer it will need to show caller ID from a a pool of random numbers. when these numbers are returned back whey will be queued to specific CSQ.

Any idea from CUCM or UCCX perspective to achieve this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, 

I am not aware of any method of changing the CLID mask per contact. I would consider these two options:

1. have one common mask for the whole campaign and let the incoming calls randomly pick the CSQ;

2. if 1 is not an option, I would use CURRI to pick up these outbound calls and change the mask there. Some assembly required (plus an application server).
