Morning all,
Today is the 2nd day of a campaign in the dialler, we loaded 5900 records and start calling yesterday, today our users have come in, logged into finesse and gone 'Ready' but nothing is getting offered to them.
What could be causing this?
The campaign is enabled, there are pending records (5800) yet it's still not reserving the agent?
Version is UCCX 10.6.1.11001-31

Do you have selected CSQ under the Campaign. Also, what is the % of Logged in Agents for Outbound setting configured under the General Configuration, you might need to increase that to 50 and then try.

We're set at 100% as it's a small team (6 users)

In that case, can you try disabling the Campaign and enable it again. If this also does not resolve then we will need to look in the MIVR logs after enabling below tracing for Cisco Unified CCX Engine:
SS_TEL
SS_RM
SS_CM
SS_RMCM
SS_OB

So disabling and enabling hasn't worked, i'll look at this again tomorrow and pull the logs if needed
