UCCX Publisher and Subscriber in partial service mode

If UCCX High Availability License expires would that cause the Publisher and Subscriber to go into partial service mode? Did upload new key and it cleared the License error. Is it required to reboot to change status to full service?

Well that depends based on what services actually went into Partial Service. In an ideal situation, if only the HA license was expired then there are some specific services to go in Partial such as CM Telephony and Voip Monitor subsystem. In case, if the whole license i.e, server, seats, ports got expired then everything will go in partial since the Engine stopped working then and all these services are the subset of CCX Engine. Since, now you have the required licenses uploaded to the system, just restart the Cisco Unified CCX Engine on primary first, once it comes up then restart the same service on secondary UCCX server.

Note: Please do this in off production hours since they are service impacting. You can also restart the whole cluster (primary first and then secondary) in case if the engine restart does not resolve this.
