As far as I know this is not something UCCX can do natively. I have heard this from customers before wanting this feature as they had it before.
I have been thinking about creating a listing like this of my own. Something like when the call enters the CSQ I enter caller ID and other call info into the Custom Call Variables via the Set Enterprise step or even DB steps to my own SQL server. When connected mark the call connected via the script in the my variables.
Then I would write a report that knows how to read those variables and then parse the data to show the callers in queue.
I have also seen a 3rd party app that was able to do it. I think it was either 2Ring or Upstream Works,
