UCCX record empty message

Hi,

I have a UCCX script on UCCX 12.0.1. In a recording step a caller can leave a message.

The message is generated as WAV-file and sent via email. But the generated wav-file is always empty. Codec info on calling phone display  g711 a-law while the call. should it be ulaw? UCCX ist set to g711. Could it be another problem instead of codec?

setting trigger and call control group in a device pool with g711-ulaw only solve the problem
