I am new to UCCX Reporting. Our call center manager runs the Agent Call Summary Report in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center and would like the report to NOT include internal extension-to-extension calls in the Outbound On IPCC call count in the report. She only wants calls made to external phone numbers included in that report.
Is there a way to filter-out/remove/not-include calls made to 4-5 digit numbers/extension in the Outbound On IPCC section of the Agent Call Summary Report report?
