New uccx supervisor does not appear as available on teams

I have a CCX System version: 12.0.1.10000-24

I have configured an agent to be a supervisor by the following:

Tools--> User Management--> Supervisor Capability View --> searched for userID and added it to Supervisor Box, clicked Update.

When I go to 

Tools--> User Management--> Supervisor Capability View --> searched for userID I saw this WITH SUPERVISOR capability.

But When I go to:

Subsystem --> RmCm--> Teams--> clicked on Team Name

I DO NOT find this new supervisor as an "Available Supervisor".

And under :

User is now listed in Subsystem --> Rmcm --> Resources  I do not see this user with an asteric (*) indicating is a supervisor.

Do I need to restart any CCX service to solve this issue?

You can try the "nuke it from orbit" solution and restart the nodes in sequence (pub first, then sub). It takes a while for all the services to come up (10-20 minutes depending on HW and load), so you need a delay between the reboots.
