UCCX reporting: Reject: Trigger Max Session

hello everyone,

 

We have properly working Cisco UC enviroment ( CUCM 12.5, EXpressway, UCCX). And this question in only regarding about UCCX. In Cisco Unified Intelligence Center when we looking at Aborted Rejected Call Detail Report it show lots of Rejected calls with reason "Reject: Trigger Max Session". What is that? In UCCX application management page Maximum Number of Sessions is configured with value 30, is this affecting that? I attached pictures

This Setting can be reason for that report ?

Yes, that is the trigger sessions setting.  Keep in mind that this settings sets the maximum number of people who can be interacting with the automated system.  Once the caller leaves that area, say to speak with an Agent, the session is freed up.
