UCCX Reports Creation

Hi,

I am trying to assist some our supervisors with creating the below reports but can't find any documentation on how to create or access the reports. Can someone assist with providing documentation that has step by step instructions on how to access and create the below reports. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  

 

Agent Login Logout Activity Report:
Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report:
Agent Summary Report

Detailed Call by Call CCDR report:

Hi there
All these reports are default ones in CCX. If you are using Historical reporting/CUIC the process is same except Finesse is GUI based.
Give authorization for the users for Reporting Capability (Tools >> User management >> Reporting Capability)
For HR you have to install the plugin from CCX and login with the credentials
For CUIC (https://uccx-ip-address:8444/cuicui/Main.jsp) you have to install the plugin from CCX
In CUIC >>> Navigate to Reports >> Stock >> Unified CCX Historical >> Inbound
