Hi - I need to see if anyone knows of a good book to learn Cisco Scripting? I am a newbie in programming so thought I would research some. What to take the class UCCXD but not going to happen before 2nd quarter of next year. Any suggestion would be apprecitated!

Need help.
I'm new to UCCX and I'm trying to build my first script. I created basic script and uploaded to script management in uccx. I than applied the script to application management which has a trigger but my issue is I can't see the default welcome prompt when I select the script I created. If I choose the default script than I can see the default prompt. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
Thanks

For a non Cisco course, there are ones like this out there, in addition to Cisco learning partners.
