the PDI Helpdesk might be there to help you implementing a contact center solution but honestly, I doubt that they would give you specific scripting help. The PDI Helpdesk is available for ATP partners so if you are one, you should be aware of the method of contacting them.
If you think that your script should work but there is a bug in UCCX, there is, of course, Cisco TAC.
If you don't understand scripting then you should probably attend a training.
But anyway, what is your problem? Can you explain why you need Cisco to help you with your script? I mean, we are here to help you if you have a specific issue.
