hello everyone
i have a question .... i want send ANI and a Call ID to CRM for Satisfaction
i just want do it....
but i lookup some doc .. the function need to write a xml doc.???!!!!....
have the UCCX can do it like CVP Web service ??? have some simple way???

Do you want this done in the IVR or at the Agent Desktop level?
In either case, since UCCX will be sending data to another server, you'll have to know what methods exist for that other server to receive data. I.e., an HTTP GET request.

UCCX can communicate with other computers/servers on the network in many different ways.
You need to know how your CRM system is setup and allows inbound communications to it, before you can pick the appropriate UCCX feature to do so.
