UCCX/SocialMiner Mailserver Configuration Errors

Hi, I cant get CCX E-Mail CSQ working-I get error:

"Mail Server Configuration Errors IMAP Host Name or Port does not match. Check the settings in Mail Server Configuration page"

DNS is fully resolvable for all servers (forward and reverse). I've checked the UPN (same as email address). I've ran out of ideas.

CCX 11.6 SocialMiner 11.6.1

Exch2010 on Server 2008R2

DNS/AD on Server 2008R2

I've tested the mailbox via OWA and it works fine.I can see the IMAP account login in the Logs but it immediately logs out.

Can anyone help please?

you must make your sure

1- first your server imap ports setting uccx Mail Server Configuration

Incoming (Secure IMAP)  port =993

do not use the default 143 has uccx is not supporting that

you smtp  Outgoing (Secure SMTP)  : 587  if its configure on your mail server .or use the default 25 .

2- lastly you server mail imap and smtp

dont configure the dot  like imap.server.

its has to be just   servername.domain

but make sure you mail server has the same port configure for imap it has to be 993
