UCCX supervisor showing all queues

Hello,

I'm having an issue where supervisors are seeing all queues in Finesse. I've come across this document https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/customer-collaboration/unified-contact-center-express/118823-technote-uccx-00.html, but it doesn't seem to be working for me.

I added %20teamName after the CL, but then it just shows one user when there should be many.

I'm sure there is something simple i'm doing wrong, but does anyone know how to implement this? does teamName need to be the actual team name? If so, how do I make it so supervisor of team a only sees team a, and supervisor of team b only sees team b?

Simplest solution is to NOT make your supervisor a reporting user.  Then they can only see/report on their team.
