UCCX system prompts

Can someone help me enable multiple language system prompts? Would it require re-installing or at the minimum running the original UCCX media  disk to install addional language system prompts? Is there a better way of of "enabling" additional language system prompts?

Is the default language the same as the system prompt language?

Hi,

The Language Information Menu Option :

Customized Cisco Unified CCX languages such as American English, Canadian French, and so on, are installed with Cisco Unified CCX.

Use the Language Information web pages to enable languages that can be used to play prompts and grammars.

Select System > Language Information from the Cisco Unified CCX Administration menu bar to access the Language Information web page. Select the required language from the drop-down list and specify the required Country and group. Some languages only have one choice. US English (en_US) is the default.

Be sure to click on Update to implement your changes.
