can you please assist me, i am clueless when it comes to Collaboration and Contact Center.
Client has a SWSS contract and wants to upgrade from 9.1 to 11.5 what are the steps. please help urgently

I looking at the PreSales part, as in what SKUs need to go into CCW for the upgrade, for example, to upgrade CUCM from 9.x to 11.5 i need this sku R-CUCM-UPG-K9
And the user is not covered under SWSS contract

If you have SWSS you do not need to order anything, you simply go to PUT tool cisco.com/upgrade, enter your contract number and select the products you are looking to upgrade and versions you wanting to go to. You will receive email next day with links to software download and licenses if applicable.

as per my previous comment, they dont have SWSS, i thought they did.

My apologies for not catching that. My recommendation would be to reach out to a local Cisco partner or Cisco directly for a free quote along with a discount they are willing to offer, quotes are free and there may be promotions, discounts, etc.
