UCCX upgrading failed from 11.6 to 12.5

Hello,

We have an issue that while switching UCCX v.11.6.2 to v.12.5.1 get the below error in step 7 of 9

ERROR: Sync after switch version failed
: Unified CCX Data Update Switch version has failed due to: : Unified CCX Data Update failed Please collect the logs via 'file get install /*'. Reboot this UCCX node with the command 'utils system restart'. Issue the command 'utils uccx switch-version db-check'.If database corruption is found issue the command 'utils uccx switch-version db-recover'.Contact Cisco TAC for assistance. Switch Version Completed.


Here is the output of active and inactive version:
admin:show version active
Active Master Version: 11.6.2.10000-38
Active Version Installed Software Options:
ucos.keymanagement.v01.cop
ciscouccx.1162.1251SU2PREUPGRADE.41.cop

admin:show version inactive
Inactive Master Version: 12.5.1.11002-481
Inactive Version Installed Software Options:
No Installed Software Options Found.

We have a single node, not cluster.

Can I start new installation of UCCX v.12.5 then restore backup from v.11.6 ?

You cannot restore a backup from and old version into a new versions
