UCCX voice recordings for supervisor phones with QM

Hi Friends,

I have found the issue that the supervisor calls cannot be record in QM. But there is no issue with Agent phones. We have 4 supervisors and allocate the licenses in QM. But calls are not being recorded. Any suggestions to further troubleshoot this issue or configuration check

What type of call recording deployment do you have?  (Network, Desktop, Server)
