Hi,
We have rolled out WebChat for a customer but we are having browser issues with the Bubble chat, (person clicking to chat). Basically when we start a test chat we get the pop up, fill in the details we have requested and hit send. Notification on Finesse as expected and the agent accepts the chat. Depending on what browser we are using has different results for the person initiating the chat.
Firefox - No problems, works every time.
Chrome - Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Issue is, on initiating chat, it times out and then disconnects saying "Chat disconnected due to inactivity or connection failure"
Edge - Never works. Same error as chrome
Version is 12.0 ES04. Though it was cause by the SameSite bug, CSCvt76008, and to be fair after upgrading Chrome sometimes works where as before it never worked either but unfortunately the customer only uses Edge and does not want to roll out Firefox, so we need to get it working on Edge.

As an update, raised a case with TAC. This is what worked. Both Chrome and Edge now work too.
Browser versions,
Chrome is Version 91.0.4472.114
Edge is Version 91.0.864.54
From chrome browser apply below :
- Run : chrome://flags/on the address bar on chrome.
- Search for -m88 (#temporary-unexpire-flags-m88) or -m89 (#temporary-unexpire-flags-m89) and set to enable.
- Relaunch Chrome.
- Go back to chrome://flags/
- The #intensive-wake-up-throttling should now be available and can be disabled.
- Relaunch Chrome again after disabling.
On Edge please clear the browser cache.

Hi,
No, it's SocialMiner that is ES04, UCCX is ES03. I can speak to the customer and get a maintenance window to get UCCX up to ES04.
Why would it work on Firefox?
