Which UCCX version (5.x or 6.x ) compatible with Unified Comm. Manager 6.1 ?

Does UCCX 6.x support outbound dialer ?

Does both version UCCX 5.x & 6.x PRE support full integration with Microsoft CRM ?

UCCX 5.0(2) is compatible with CM6.1. Version 6.0 is for CM4.3.

UCCX 5.0 supports outbound.
