I'm trying to get the SessionID of the active call into a Cisco Agent Desktop screen pop. But it doesn't appear to be one of the variables available from Cisco Desktop Work Flow Administrator
Would I be able to get it from the script and put it into a Call Variable?

Yes, you are correct.
There is a step called Get Session Info, and the attribute for Identifier is probably what you are looking for.

The Identifier is returning the SessionID. Are there any variables that might return the NodeID or Sequence Number? For example Identifier might return 12000000044, but the Call Detail Reporting would list the call as 1-12000000044-0 (which includes NodeID-SessionID-Sequence).
