Unable to connect MR PIM to Cisco cloud connect (12.6.2)

We have tried to connect MR PIM with cloud connect and showing the below error in cloud connect logs.
"https://CConnect.ucce12.com:8445/cloudconnectmgmt/tokens/oauth?scope=imi-ci . Status Code from server 400 BAD_REQUEST {"code":"30042","detail":"","message":"Provided method is not supported by CI for fetching the accessToken, please update the Oauth config"}"
Recently we have upgraded all ICM and related VOS components from 12.5 to 12.6.2. cloud connect is register with AW as well as Webex Control hub. the ultimate aim we have to use Webex connect with our UCCE system for digital routing.
