Shindig is undefined - PCCE SPOG page Error.

In PCCE SPOG page we are getting shindig is undefined error. unable to manage the configuration due to the error. Found from browser logs can see unable to load the script for gadgets and some js files.

Sip trunk not getting active to QM server in CUCM 14.0

We have upgraded CUCM 12.5 to 14. in 12.5 the sip trunk status was up with Calabrio QM signaling server. but after upgrade to cucm 14.0 the sip trunk status not coming up.

We have upgraded CUCM from 12.5 to 14. post that we noticed there is some configuration missing in 14.0 Do we can restore the backup we took from CUCM 12.5 to 14.0?

Do we can use CUCM 12X flex license for CUCM 14 version?
