Unable to install desktop agent

Hi

When I want to install desktop agent, the Install Manager runs and the "wellcome" message is screened and then when I choose "next", nothing happen !

Try it again, this time if it does that same thing, just re run the command again afterwards. It should run fine after that. Sometimes you just have to run it twice for some reason.

I've run into that problem a few times too but never had much time to research the root cause.

What correct this issue for me was running the install from the directory that has the installmanager.exe file
