Greetings,
Some Supervisor are unable to see certain skill groups in CTIOS (6.0) Team Real-Time Status. This is intermittent, every 2 weeks or so. Logging out and the logging back in fixes the problem. I'n running UCCE 7.2(6) do I need to upgrade CTIOS from 6.0 to 7.2 to prevent this from happening?
