Environment: IPCC 6.0 and CTIClient Toolkit 4.7
We have some multiskill agent. That's work fine but unexpectedly they are logged also in wrong skill.
e.g. Agent A is member of skill X and Y. When logged appear logged in skill X, Y and Z!!!
t_Skill_Group_Member, t_Agent and t_Skill_Group tables are filled with correct values and aren't problem with Integrity Check, Deleted Objects or Unreferenced Ocjects tool. All seem right.
Any hint?
Thanks

Hi,
the customer environment is based on IPCC 6.0 Enterprise and my issue is not due to multiskill. When the agent make a login with CTI Client on CTI server is logged in correct skill (one or more like on DB) AND in "phantoms" skill(s) that aren't in DB table or anywhere...
Incredible....

Hi,
just try shutting down the CTI OS Server and retarting it (do the same with Sophtphones)
and you definitly need to take a look at this document:
Cisco ICM Software CTI OS Troubleshooting Guide
do a search for (Skillgroup).

Zin is on the right track. IF you are using CTI toolkit (non-CTIOS), restart the CTI Server Service. If you are using CTIOS Agent and supervisor desktop, restart CTIOS service.
Logout the agent and relogin again.
