Upgrade CRS From 5.0.2 to 8..0

    Can Any one he;p me please ,

i need to upgrade my CRS system from 5.0.2 to 8.0 , realy i dont know how can i order CRS dvd or if i have SESW support on the call manager it will help me ?

Hi

In order to upgrade the system from UCCX 5.x to 8.x you will need 8.x media. You can order the media from the product upgrade tool utility

PUT tool:

http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/index.jsp

Once you get the media you will have to use PUT tool to backup information from the UCCX 5.x system - Install 8.x and restore the data.
